Congratulations to Haley Smith, WHS Senior, our Academic All-State Scholar. She attended the awards banquet in Norman on Saturday, to receive her medal and $1000 scholarship renewable for four years. These top 100 Oklahoma scholars had an average ACT score of 33.4.
